Terms of service.
Acceptance.
By creating an account, you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the service.
Your account.
You're responsible for your password and your recovery key — both of which are required to access your vault. We're responsible for the service we provide: keeping the encrypted storage available, the access logs accurate, and our promises honest.
Your content.
You own your documents. We hold encrypted blobs only, and we hold no key that could decrypt them. Export is one tap from Settings, in three formats, and we will never make export harder than signing up.
Acceptable use.
Don't upload content you don't have the right to upload. Don't attempt to break the service. Don't use Restkin to harm others. The rest is yours.
Service availability.
We aim for high availability but don't guarantee 100% uptime. If we change pricing or features materially, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice by email and on this page.
Termination.
You can terminate at any time by exporting and deleting your account. We can terminate for breach of these terms, and we'll tell you when we do.
